Please follow these steps to update the Payment Preferences for your financial products:
1. Log in to your SellersFi account
2. In the upper left corner, next to your company name, tap the down arrow and select Payment Preferences.
3. Select Change Account for products set up with the Digital Wallet as the Disbursement or Collection account.
4. Review the Change Account notice and Confirm to continue.
5. Next, Add a New Bank Account or choose an existing external bank account.
6. For new bank accounts, choose Connect automatically for a fast and seamless transition.
7. Review the external bank account details and tap Proceed.
8. If applicable, repeat steps 1-7 for any other products that need to be updated.
9. At the bottom of the screen, enter the reason for the change as: Remove International Wallet. Then Proceed.
10. Next, your company’s signatories will receive an Account Change Request email. Please review and sign the Docusign to confirm.
11. After all signatories have signed, log in to Amazon or your marketplace and update your Payment Preference there.
a. Please Note: The bank account in SellersFi must match the bank account in Amazon. To update the Deposit Method click through the link in your SellersFi account or log in to Seller Central and navigate to Settings > Account Info > Deposit Methods.
12. Lastly, our team will review and approve of these changes. You will receive a confirmation email of this approval.
