If you need a payoff letter from Amazon, you’ll need to contact Seller Support. You will need:
- Loan Number
- Requested Date of Payoff Letter
- “Good Through” Date (up to 10 days from Payoff Letter date)
- Payment Method (paper check or wire)
- Sending organization
Allow five business days for your payoff letter to be prepared. It will be sent via email as a PDF attachment from lending-payments@amazon.com to the email address associated with the loan.
