When you have a day of negative net sales, your daily disbursement will not be made, and no fees will be charged to you on this day.
As with other situations that occur in your account, when you have negative net sales we mark them on your balance sheet table.
1.1 In what situation can my net sales go negative?
Your net sales can become negative on the day your fees, returns and holds are greater than your sales. In this case, this is entirely related to your marketplace.
1.2 And when will I get disbursements again?
You will get disbursements again the next day when your net sales cover the negative amount you had.
For example, on day 1 you had net sales of - $10.00, on that day you will not receive disbursements. On day 2, your net sales were $30.00. So, on this day, the amount we will pay you is your contracted percentage of $20.00 ($30.00 from day 02 - $10.00 from day 01).
