Yes, it is possible that your account can be frozen, and disbursements temporarily suspended. Generally, this occurs if there are concerns around the financial health of your business. For example, if your reserve value has gotten too low and the amount owed is greater than the size of your future receivables, we’ll put a freeze on your account. We take these measures to protect your business so that your outstanding balance does not exceed your ability to pay. We’ll reach out to you to work on a solution that’s amicable for everyone involved.
How do I unfreeze my account?
We’ll send you an email with the rationale once your account has been frozen. The email will also include some guidance on how to solve the problem. Generally, you can solve it on your own, or you may need to contact your marketplace. Once the issue has been resolved, your account will be unfrozen and advances paid as expected.
