The Current Balance is where all the data regarding the daily progress and its calculations are contained. It is accessed through the "Manage" button on the Product Page, next to the store information.
When the Daily Advance is activated, you will have access to all your data the following. So the data presented is always related to the previous day's sales amount.
The Current Balance tab, located just below the currency selectors, contains all the data regarding your daily advances.
The table in this tab brings the reference date, the amount of your net sales (which is the result of your gross sales minus fees, returns, and holds), the amount that was or will be advanced to you (which is calculated on top of your net sales), the amount of the fee that will be charged to you on this advanced amount, and finally, the status of this transaction (if it has already been paid, if it is pending, or if for some reason it was rejected).
Above the table, you have the option to download the table using the yellow button. On the right of this button is your Current Balance. This balance is the sum of all the advances we made to you plus the fees on each of the operations. In short, it is your debit balance with SellersFi.
1.1 Expanding my Current Balance
If you want to see more details about each transaction in your Current Balance, simply click on the arrow right at the end of the row of the transaction you want to expand. With the expanded row, you can separately see the calculation for setting your net sales, as well as for the amount of advance and fees. And at the end, this day's transaction will be added to your Current Balance total.
1.2 Introducing the details on the Summary tab:
In the Summary tab, you will find a report of transactions from your marketplace and from SellersFi, grouped by category.
1.3 Introducing the details of the Transaction History tab:
Finally, we have de Transaction History tab. In this table you will see details of all the transactions (disbursements, collections and fees) day by day. We can check the transaction ID and more details clicking on the arrow on the right at the end of the row.
You can select a period in the date selectors, and after that filter to see the results of this period. In each block, the arrow expands to present all the results in detail.
