Just as happens when your cycle closes, when your marketplace makes a payment, we also inform you in your Current Balance table.
The collection of your outstanding balance happens as follows: after your marketplace notifies you that your sales cycle has closed, we add up all the advances we made to you during that cycle, plus the fees that each of those transactions generated. This amount is your balance due for the cycle.
A few days after the closing notice, your marketplace makes the payment for all your sales. At this point, we collect the amount of your outstanding balance with SellersFi, and the rest, you receive in full.
1.1 What if my outstanding balance is higher than the amount I receive?
In this case, the collection of the entire amount received by you is performed and deducted from your debt. The remainder will be posted as a collection within your next sales cycle, or you can contact us and request the discharge of this debt.
Recurring cases of debit balance higher than the collected amount may result in your account being frozen so that your debt does not accumulate and become a problem.
Additionally, if you have more questions, you can contact us at customerservice@sellersfi.com.
