After the marketplace initiates a payment, it may take 2-5 business days for the funds to become available in your account after they are acknowledged by Amazon's bank. Please note that we cannot determine the date when the Marketplace or Platform makes the transfer as this is done with their bank.
If 5 business days have passed since the transfer was sent to you and the payment still doesn’t show on your account, please contact us at customerservice@sellersfi.com with the following information:
- Name of the marketplace
- Date that the payment was sent
- Payment amount
- The last 4 digits of your Local Collection account number in the relevant currency
- Screenshot of the transaction
- For USD transfers: Trace number. The trace number must contain 15 digits and no other characters. Please request the trace number from the company that sent the payment
